DETAILS
Flow Control throttles replication to allow slow nodes to catch up with the cluster. This is done to prevent the nodes from falling too far behind the cluster in applying transactions.
This status variable provides the number of Flow Control pause (FC_PAUSE
) events since startup that the node has sent to the cluster.
Note
The FLUSH STATUS statement does not reset the counter for this status variable.
EXAMPLES
Use the SHOW STATUS statement to view the current number of pause events triggered by Flow Control:
SHOW STATUS LIKE "wsrep_flow_control_sent";
