Overview

This connection value (read-only) returns the numeric version of the database in the form VERSION_MAJOR * 10000 + VERSION_MINOR * 100 + VERSION_PATCH.

import mariadb

conn = mariadb.connect(
    host = 'localhost',
    user = 'root',
    password = 'secret',
    )

print(conn.server_version) # Prints an integer such as: 100411
