Grants ability to start/monitor/stop slave and apply binlog events. Added in MariaDB Enterprise Server 10.5 as fine-grained SUPER privilege to reduce the dependency on SUPER. Prior to version 10.5, REPLICATION SLAVE ADMIN was part of SUPER.
REPLICATION SLAVE ADMIN was added in ES 10.5 and is an alias for REPLICATION REPLICA ADMIN.
REPLICATION SLAVE ADMIN was changed in ES10.5.8-5. The following abilities removed from REPLICATION SLAVE ADMIN and now granted with REPLICA MONITOR: SHOW REPLICA STATUS, SHOW SLAVE STATUS, SHOW ALL REPLICAS STATUS, SHOW ALL SLAVES STATUS, SHOW RELAYLOG EVENTS.
In ES10.5.8-5, REPLICATION SLAVE ADMIN grants:
