DETAILS
MaxScale uses the MariaDB Monitor to track changes in the status of Primary and Replica Servers. At interval, it checks the Primary Server status. This module parameter determines the number of consecutive times it can receive no response from the Primary Server before it designates the Server as failed, which may trigger automatic failover.
