--start-datetime

Overview

This is a command-line option for the mariadb-binlog & mysqlbinlog commands (arg: Required).

In 10.6 ES, 10.6 CS, 10.5 ES, 10.5 CS, 10.4 ES, 10.4 CS:

Start reading the binlog at first event having a datetime equal or posterior to the argument; the argument must be a date and time in the local time zone, in any format accepted by the MariaDB server for DATETIME and TIMESTAMP types, for example: 2004-12-25 11:25:56 (you should probably use quotes for your shell to set it properly).

In 10.3 ES, 10.3 CS, 10.2 ES, 10.2 CS:

Start reading the binlog at first event having a datetime equal or posterior to the argument; the argument must be a date and time in the local time zone, in any format accepted by the MySQL server for DATETIME and TIMESTAMP types, for example: 2004-12-25 11:25:56 (you should probably use quotes for your shell to set it properly).
