SkySQL Account Removal
MariaDB ID accounts can be removed at the request of the account holder.
The MariaDB SkySQL Portal is accessed using a MariaDB ID user account.
MariaDB ID accounts are active regardless of whether the account has active SkySQL database services.
Account removal requires the deletion or migration of any services associated with the account.
If you maintain services on behalf of a company, or are a member of a SkySQL Team, please contact us for assistance.
Deletion of services is a non-reversible operation.
To request removal of your MariaDB ID account, create a support case requesting account removal in the SkySQL Customer Support Portal.
