Overview
Returns the index for the day of the week of the given DATE.
USAGE
DAYOFMONTH(date)

DETAILS
DAYOFWEEK() is a date-time function that returns the day of the week in the range 1 to 7.
A NULL is returned if the argument is NULL or is not a valid date.
EXAMPLES
SELECT DAYOFWEEK('2020-09-01');
