Overview

MariaDB Agent Manager has multiple components:

Component	Description
Fluent Bit	Fluent Bit is used to collect and process logs from monitored servers. For additional information, see "`mariadb_agent_manager fluent-bit` sub-command".
`mariadb_agent_manager`	`mariadb_agent_manager` is used to install, start, stop, uninstall, and monitor the MariaDB Agent Manager components `mariadb_agent_manager` sub-commands can be used to perform various operations
MariaDB ID	MariaDB ID handles authentication and authorization A SkySQL API Key is required
`mariadb_exporter`	`mariadb_exporter` is an exporter that pulls database metrics `mariadb_exporter` is started on Monitored Hosts that run MariaDB Enterprise Server, MariaDB Xpand, MariaDB Enterprise ColumnStore, or MariaDB Enterprise Cluster (Powered by Galera)
`maxscale_exporter`	`maxscale_exporter` is an exporter that pulls metrics from MariaDB MaxScale's REST API `maxscale_exporter` is started on Monitored Hosts that run MariaDB MaxScale
`node_exporter`	`node_exporter` is an exporter that pulls system metrics from the operating system `node_exporter` is started on Monitored Hosts `node_exporter` is an open source project that uses the Apache 2.0 license The project can be accessed via GitHub
Prometheus	Prometheus pushes metrics to SkySQL Monitoring Prometheus is started on Forwarding Hosts
SkySQL Monitoring	Metrics are pushed to SkySQL Monitoring
`skysql_uni_exporter`	`skysql_uni_exporter` is an exporter that pushes information about the entire database service to SkySQL Monitoring `skysql_uni_exporter` is started on Forwarding Hosts
