Returns the microseconds from the TIME
or DATETIME
expression as a number.
USAGE

MICROSECOND()
is a date-time function that returns the microseconds portion of a time value.
The return value is a number in the range 0
to 999999
.
A NULL
is returned if the argument is NULL
.
