DETAILS
Grants ability to KILL, SET (some variables only). Added in MariaDB Enterprise Server 10.5 as fine-grained SUPER privilege to reduce the dependency on SUPER. Prior to ES10.5 CONNECTION ADMIN was part of SUPER.
Skips the execution of init_
connect when the user connects.Ignores max_
