MariaDB MaxScale 2.5.5 was released on 2020-10-21. This release is of General Availability (GA) maturity.

Issues Fixed

  • Binlog Router should default port in CHANGE MASTER TOCHANGE MASTER TO statements to 3306. (MXS-3244)

  • Queries routed to Primary Server that trigger reconnection hangs if the reconnection fails before the query executes. (MXS-3242)

  • Insertstream streams autocommit INSERTINSERT statements. (MXS-3235)

  • When using 'SELECT_OPTIONS, server response with FOE instead of OK packet resulting in hangs. (MXS-3229)

  • Monitor reusing mysql-handle when using extra ports. (MXS-3223)

  • Crash occurring with LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE statements. (MXS-3218)

  • Unable to define Server TLS configuration at runtime. (MXS-3212)

  • Abort due to double free or corruption after Write to client DCB .. state DCB_STATE_POLLING failed (MXS-3200)

  • Misleading error when TLS encryption not in use when required. (MXS-3142)
