I am trying to create a table in Maria db to move data from Sqlserver with SSIS.

The create table statement you pasted above works, so I'm still not sure how you got the error.

The create statement above doesn't include a default value for created_datetime.

There are a few SQL_MODE settings that control the validity of dates.
