How can i explicit see if i run INNODB or XTRADB for tables no matter which Mariadb version i run?? Should the "plugin xtradb enable" makes all tables 'xtradb', even after an update? since the "ENGINE=InnoDB" will be always the same i wonder how is possible to explicit check.

SHOW ENGINES will tell you - the comment field if you're running XtraDB will explicitly state Percona XtraDB.
