Application unable to conect mariadb from Maxscale

Hello Experts,

We have installed/configure maxscale. But while connecting the application from maxscale we getting below errors

Error +++++ error: Handle Db failover :: some error occured while initializing typeORM with mariaDB ER_ACCESS_DENIED_ERROR: Access denied for user 'test'@'application_host' (using password: YES)

142023-04-13 10:37:56:3756 warn: handling DB failover.

We have created test user with All privileges.

The maxscale-troubleshooting page has some steps you could do to troubleshoot your problem. The most likely reason is that you haven't created the user with the correct IP address.
