cause when i set value other than 0 will start rotate by size, but i want to rotate it daily. so i control rotate manual by lograte whit dateext etc. in this scenerio do i need set it other than 0 or what i need to do?
I would think you need to set server_audit_file_rotations to a number > 0 so that there are actually rotations saved, set server_audit_file_rotate_size to as high a value as possible so that this is never reached in a day, then manually rotate with server_audit_file_rotate_now daily.
