I'm using "mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.3.17-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1" on CentOS 8. How can I set "max_password_errors" and "bind-address=127.0.0.1"? Which file must be edit? The "/etc/my.cnf" or "/etc/my.cnf.d/mariadb-server.cnf"?
