Cannot Initialize a New Galera Cluster When using '/usr/bin/galera_new_cluster' - Source

I have installed mariadb 10.3.10.  Here below is the installation log.

Then, I tried to initialize the cluster by running the script, /usr/bin/galera_new_cluster.  It could be done successfully.  Here below is the startup log:
