Hindi unfortunately isn't a language MariaDB has a translations of error messages (ref: setting-the-language-for-error-messages )
If you have time to contribute a github pull requests by altering this file to contain the translations this could be corrected in the next release https://github.com/MariaDB/server/blob/10.1/sql/share/errmsg-utf8.txt
