COM_STMT_PREPARE request
Prepares a statement on server

COM_STMT_PREPARE Response
If anything goes wrong, server will send an ERR_Packet. If command succeed different packets will be received :
- COM_STMT_PREPARE_OK
- for each columns
- if number of columns > 0 eof_packet
- for each parameters
- if number of parameter > 0 eof_packet
