Compatibility between RH 7.3 and RH 6.4
If I'm using master-master replication using two RH servers, and both of them are of versions 7.3 and 6.4 respectively, will MariaDB(10.2.6) be compatible between the two?

Yes, assuming you're running the same version and same config, no reason why not.
