Comments - Compiling MariaDB for debugging in Ubuntu 16.04

It looks like an external script/command sent SIGTERM to the server ("Normal shutdown"). Do you happen to know if there's any script/command that could be shutting down the server?

Both binaries (standard and debug version) are started via the default start-script that ships with ubuntu 16.04

For my intension, there is no SIGTERM sending code snippet during the startup.
