I am working to move some on-prem databases to AWS. As we are not in UTC timezone and AWS technology generally functions with UTC timezone it has made me aware of the issues with that. One thing not pointed out here but is in timestamp that stored value and its relationship to UTC. My observations are that datetime like timestamp are stored in UTC. Could that be added to the documentation?
