google "synology mysql ssl" leads to https://forum.synology.com/enu/viewtopic.php?t=36564 which says mysql is compiled without ssl support
confirms once more why i leave my fingers from any blackboxes and built my servers from hand on hardware depending on the workload as well as rpm packages for important services directly from source
If the DB was compiled without ssl support wouldn't be the value of have_ssl variable NO instead of DISABLED? Acording to knowleadge base here DISABLED means compiled with SSL support but not started with it. And while building a server from ground up sounds lovely, it is sadly not an option.
