Thank you for this hint. Unfortunately, the installation of https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe also does not work. Server cancels the installation with an error message. Some things seem to no longer work here. I will take up the note that the operating system used is no longer supported and will replace this server. I hereby close this question - thank you again ...
