Unless there is something I don't know, from the code and readme on both github (https://github.com/codership/glb) and freecode (http://freecode.com/projects/glb), Codership, the company behind Galera Cluster, is the author, rather than FromDual.

However, now on their new website, GLB is gone, except for a news announcement for GLB 1.0.1 with dead download link.

Yes, it does seem that Codership is credited in the code, so I've updated the page, though I'm not sure of the future status with the current link broken and GLB in hiding on the new site.
