Does MariaDB Issue Emergency/Security-Based Updates, and if so, How Are Customers Notified?

Is it feasible for MariaDB to issue a new point release (e. g., 10.3.32) on Friday, then issue a "critical" release the following week, perhaps based on a need to enhance the safeguard to a security vulnerability? Some vendors will send out an email from "support" notifying customers of such "emergency" releases. Does MariaDB issue such support emails/notifications? Thank you.
