I am good at C/C++ along with MySql queries
Being in dual degree graduation course ( Computer Science Engineering + Banking Finance Service Insurance ) I have realize that Data Base is the most valuable thing that any industry poses .
I want to write proposal in contributing to the development of this project
Great to hear that you're interested in contributing to MaxScale development. You can start by getting to know MaxScale and the community around it (Google Group and IRC channel).
A good starting point would be to read building-maxscale-from-source-code and after that, taking a look at the source code of the filters. Good examples of the filter module type are the qlafilter, topfilter and regexfilter.
