don't you realize how stupid a question "how can i make something faster for something unnown" is?
if you don't know wehat you are dong stay at the defaults if you have special needs mention them
otherwise: if a generic configuration for mostly everything would be faster as the current dfaults don#t you think THAT would be the defaults?
