I am also using mariaDB but the version is 10.4.6 and I'm using windows 8, I tried to install it using mysql_install_db.exe -S mariadb10.4.6 -p PfNgB@y@n but upon installing the message pop-up saying

"Registering service 'mariadb10.4.6' FATAL ERROR: CreateService failed (1073)"
