A/ Error Get following error when trying to install MariaDB 11.2 (x64) first time via Setup:
The TCP Port you selected is already in use. Please choose a different port
B/ Actions Have performed several actions to remove any MySQL service (does not exist), checked which ports windows machine is using via netstat (it does not use TCP port 3306), and many other suggested actions
C/ Windows machine is not using TCP port 3306???
