Intelligent RDBMS

I have few Ideas thru which RDBMS will become Intelligent. Like views, foreign keys etc need not be externally defined and database will be intelligent enough to know. Interfacing of multiple Applications will be easy e.g. PeopleSoft HR and Oracle Financials linking will be easy if they are using Intelligent RDBMS. Accessing distributed data should be possible. Application development will be easy. Is it possible to work on MariaDB to test and prove my concepts? Pl let me know. Thanks,

Once you are happy with your changes, publish your branch to launchpad and invite the developers to view it.
