Is MariaDB Client Library for Java Applications working on JAVA 6?

Hi.

Requirements for Latest version of MariaDB Client for java is written java 7 or 8. Which older version of MariaDB Client Library for java is working on java 6 well?

I haven't been able to confirm this, but the requirement was changed to Java 7 this year after 1.1.8's release, and 1.1.7 came out in April last year, so 1.1.7 should work on Java 6.
