Information Schema SCHEMATA Table

The Information Schema SCHEMATA table stores information about databases on the server.

It contains the following columns:

SCHEMA_NAMEDatabase name.
DEFAULT_CHARACTER_SET_NAMEDefault character set for the database.
DEFAULT_COLLATION_NAMEDefault collation.
SQL_PATHAlways NULL.
