Answer

Appoligies, our [[https://mariadb.org/download/?t=repo-config&d=CentOS+Stream&v=10.6&r_m=realworldgroup|repo configuration tool]] appears to have only 10.6 enabled, however 10.5 is there on the mirrors for CentOS Stream. I'll get this corrected.
