mariadb-5.5.22-win32.zip release fails on Win XP SP2+
Attempted "bin\mysqld --console" as Power User and as Administrator.
Windows Error Dialog details:
Dialog Window title: mysqld.exe - Entry Point Not Found
Dialog Window text: The procedure entry point CallbackMayRunLong could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

This is bug https://mariadb.atlassian.net/browse/MDEV-208, will be fixed in the next 5.5 release.
