mariadb columnstore startSystem faield with no logs

mariadb columnstore startSystem, get the output of :
System being started, please wait... startSystem Failed : check log files
but the log file(crit.log,err.log,info.log.debug.log) in /var/log/mariadb/column has no content and i checked the porcess of mariadb with ps, only ProcMon is exists.
Answer
Did you run post-install and postConfigure fully before this? Also postCfg puts logs in /tmp so check for issues there.
