--replicate-do-db option in MariaDB version 10.0.20

Hi, We upgraded from 10.0.14 to 10.0.20 and found that --replicate-do-db option is being ignored and all databases are included in the cluster. Is this unintentional or by design? If it is unintentional will this be fixed in the near future?

We are running the cluster on Centos 6.6.
