How we can deploy MariaDB with high availability solutions ? [Is there any solution like MMM, Mysql Cluster Management ]

What is the best high availability solution that MariaDB provide when considering following requirements.
1. Automated IP and database failover is required. 2. Recovery time of failure (Max 60 sec). 3. Automatic resynchronization of data is requred.
