Yes, it is possible to view the availability of all the registered servers from the charts in MONyog. You will have to enable the ‘MySQL Availability’ chart by clicking on the ‘Manage Charts’ option from the drop-down list in the 'Charts' tab in MONyog to view the status of the registered servers.
The charts are plotted based on value set in the Data collection interval field of the respective server.

That gives a chart for the separate servers. I want it like if 10 servers are registered it gives me 1 chart stating that 90% servers are available and 10% are not. is this possible??
Currently there is no option in MONyog to view the status of all the registered servers in a single chart. Above all, just listing the percentage of servers that are connected/not-connected makes little sense unless you get the server details.
We do plan to include the total servers registered and the number of servers connected in the revamped MONyog design.
