We're currently working with the mydumper folks to ensure all MariaDB features can be saved/restored using mydumper/myloader so that's our current best recommendation.
The 23.02 release of MaxScale also has support for ETL operations that could be used to load data into MariaDB. The GUI in MaxScale has a new data migration view where the operations can be done.
