MariaDB Quarterly patch schedules with all Bug Fixes availability
Will there be a Quarterly or half yearly release of Mariadb Patches, which includes all the fixes for a quarter.
Is there a pre scheduled release dates for the same.

Yes, in a sense. The release schedule is here: https://jira.mariadb.org/ (but because of this JIRA bug it might be not visible until you login, hopefully Atlassian will fix that soon).
But in general you can expect a new 5.5 and a new 10.0 release every two months. And a new 10.1 release every month. Note, though, that this is a guideline, not a promise.
