MariaDB Storage Engine
Is Cassandra storage engine available for mariadb-enterprise 10.1.13 tarball or rpm packages..as i was looking into tar.gz packages but couldn't find "ha_cassandra.so" plugin?

yes, in rpm packages, but not in the tarball. Use
# yum install MariaDB-cassandra-engine
