Thank you for your answer. After the first step I get:

[dbadmin@mariadb-N1 ~]$ mysql -u root -p --execute="SET GLOBAL wsrep_cluster_address='gcomm://';"
Enter password:
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111 "Connection refused")
