Maxscale 2.2.21 + mysql 8.0.32 auth failed

Hello, I am trying to use maxscale version 2.2.21 and mysql version 8.0.32, but when connecting, I cannot write to the 'server_name' backend due to authentication failure. The account plugin method used at this time is mysql_native_password, and our mysql default_authentication_plugin method is caching_sha2_password. Changing the default_authentication_plugin requires a DB restart, so the risk is too high, so we are looking for another method. Is there any other way besides changing default_authentication_plugin?
