Maxscale cert refresh without maxscale service restart
https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MXS-3128, was a request to refresh tls cert without Maxscale service restart -- similar to the FLUSH SSL option in the mariadb server -- it's closed stating available in 6.0.0
Can't find in the knowledge base how it's done in Maxscale 6.x -- can you provide a pointer to the maxscale command?

MXS-3128 fixed the inability to configure the listener and server certificates at runtime with the maxctrl alter commands. For future reference, I added a comment to the issue to make it clear what was implemented.
