Sorry about that. The MDEV isn't closed (still being worked on for 10.1 and 10.2) so when 10.0.30 was marked as "released" in Jira that MDEV was automatically moved to 10.0.31. The fix is in 10.0.30. I've manually moved it back to where it should be in Jira. Thanks!
