MariaDB is a drop-in replacement for MySQL and generally speaking, any tools which work with MySQL will work with MariaDB without any modifications.

MariaDB works fine with MySQL Workbench 5.2 (the replacement for MySQL Query Browser and MySQL Administrator). It should also work fine with MySQL Query Browser and MySQL Administrator.

If any issues do crop up, please file a bug.

Just keep in mind that the upstream tool of choice is now MySQL Workbench. The Query Browser and Administrator tools (GUI Tools) are generally deprecated, and are not supported.

However they should all "just work" with MariaDB.
