As a DBA with over 18 years experience, I can attest that Navicat for MariaDB is the best administration tool for MariaDB. It not only looks great but comes with a slew of useful features as well.
It has Import/Export wizards, Data Transfer, Data Synchronization and Structure Synchronization tools, Visual SQL Builder, Intelligent Database Designer, and Secure Connections, and quite a few more features and tools.
If you work with different database types, you might want to consider Navicat Premium, which supports most popular RDBMSes in use today.
