Possible to set server prefered ciphers ?

Hello, I'd like to know if it is possible to configure MariaDB in a way so that the server decides which cipher is his prefered one. Currently in Server version: 10.3.13-MariaDB. For instance for Apache, enabling SSLHonorCipherOrder ensures that the server's cipher preferences are followed instead of the client's. Possible or note ?
