Problems With Character Set

Hello,

I have a functional MariaDB cluster, but I want to migrate it to version 11.2.2. I conducted a lab for this, but I'm facing an issue with the CharacterSet since it defaults to "character_set_system utf8mb3." I've tried various processes, but I'm unable to change it to utf8 or utf8mb4.

The application running on .NET indicates the following: "Character set 'utf8mb3' is not supported by .NET Framework."
